Nishant Kumar Yadav, the Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon, has implemented restrictions on drone usage by invoking CrPC Section 144 in anticipation of an upcoming inauguration. These directives will be enforced on March 10 and 11.

Prior to the inauguration of the Haryana segment of the Dwarka Expressway by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar conducted an inspection of the site on Saturday. This inspection encompassed the four-layer trumpet sections, the helipad, and the venue designated for the public meeting.

As per a statement from the Gurgaon administration, the Prime Minister is expected to enter Haryana at the Bajghera border via road, where he will receive a warm welcome from Governor Bandaru Dattatreya and Chief Minister Khattar, among other dignitaries. Subsequently, the Prime Minister will proceed to inspect the four-layer trumpet sections on foot. Following this, he will officially inaugurate the Dwarka Expressway at Sector 84 and address the public.

Additionally, the statement mentioned that an exhibition showcasing the Expressway and the developmental stages of the National Highways Authority of India’s project in Haryana will be featured during the event.

The Expressway is poised to link Shiv Murti near IGI Airport to Kherki Daula toll, presenting an enhanced commuting avenue for a substantial populace in Gurgaon while also easing travel to Delhi. Estimated at a cost of Rs 9,000 crore, the Expressway is divided into four sections, with two located in Delhi spanning 10.01 km each and the remaining two in Haryana covering 18.9 km collectively.

Vehicles from Pataudi heading to the rally will utilize the Sati Chowk route to reach the rally site at Antariksh Chowk,” stated the advisory.

DCP (Traffic) Vijender Vij mentioned the possibility of traffic near Rampura and Vatika Chowk towards Sector 82 due to the rally’s procession through the area: “There is a likelihood that the PM might participate in a programme on NH-48. Although not confirmed, traffic disruptions are expected in this vicinity temporarily.”
